New Years Eve '09
So we played a little Monopoly tonight with some cool people to ring in the new year! Hope you're having a great night, too!

See you next year!

We finally had some sunlight this afternoon and evening so I went to the peninsula on lake Mcbride and got some shots. Hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them.

Cheers and Happy New Year!
Whatever you believe, whatever you have hope in, whatever brings you and yours happiness-may it come true. Merry Christmas and a happy and safe New Year!

Peace
Thanks to all who came to the Christmas sushi party. We have had Amos and Molly with us for a few days now and we he decided to make it a gaudy sweater/outfit party. It was a great time with a lot of very cool people. Here are the photo booth pics.

Thanks again for coming. Have a GREAT Christmas/holiday season!
Peace
This little guy decided to pay us a visit on our porch today. I had my gear set up already to take bird shots, but he was much more handsome.

We are having fun with Amos, Molly, and Brent here. I'll be posting more soon!
CHEERIO!
I got out tonight before Isaac's Kung Fu lesson and got a few shots of the ice breaking up. This one turned out decent.
Thanks for checking it out!
We have a lot of visitors to our back porch lately. Here's a few images of them.

Looks like they're having a blast!
CHEERS!
So todays photo is just of my guitar. I love it. It's a Fender Stratocaster, all stock stuff. I can't play it very well, but it makes me sound good.

In other news, we were invited to a Christmas party on Saturday, the 12th. To the left you see a link to Scott Duncan. It was at his house. They didn't have anyone taking pics for them, so they asked if I could do it! I was so stoked to be able to shoot for people who are known around the world for great pics. After I got home I realized that my camera was on "manual focus" the whole night. His blog, at left, will post my pics on Tuesday, the 15th. They aren't very good, and I won't be surprised if they find someone else next time. We all had a great time.

Thanks a lot, Duncans!
I got up at 4:30 to get set up for some shots today. While it was great to be in the crisp, cold outdoors, it wasn't the best conditions for shooting. I was able to get this one picture with about an hour of waiting. The clouds rolled in and made the sky pretty bland about a minute after this was taken.

I was reading online about shooting smarter and I decided to take some pics of my cats. Just fo' fun!

I had a chance to go out into the cold and get some shots today! It sure was amazing to see what nature can do with wind and snow. Enjoy!

As you can clearly see, it became a study in form. I totally dig being able to go out and shoot amazing stuff like this. I just hope my shots do the landscapes and scenery some form of justice.
On one of the last days we were in Colorado we decided to go bouldering in RMNP. The Hollowell Park boulder looked fun, so we tried it out. Amos wasn't feeling very good so he took pictures of Isaac, Brent and I. He did a great job!

We went to get our Christmas tree today! We've been going to Kari's uncle and aunt's farm to get them for the past few years. I wish there was more snow on the ground so we could have a snowball fight, but we still had fun.

What a hottie!

That one is too small, Isaac!

So I decided to put up some scenery from the Utah desert. Enjoy!
